Our conference equipment allows you to successfully carry out any type of event: conferences meetings or briefings. We share this service with the nearby hotel Meridiano, which is part of the same group and wich has a meeting room and a conference hall for a total of 210 seats. Kashmir room
Suitable for receiving up to 200 people. With its 230 square meters it offers the possibility to acomodate 175 seats. The seating arrangement is normally an auditorium layout, with the front or side speakers' table, different arrangements are possible on request.

Ginestra room
Designed to accomodate 30 people, it ensure maximum privacy and comfort. It is ideal for small meetings or corporate breefings. With its 35 square meters it offers different configurations: an auditorium layout that can accomodate 25/30 people including the speakers; an arrangement with a central imperial table, or an arrangement with 12 benches 45 x 120 cm, ideal for writing, and finally a horseshoe arrangement.
